Congress Fees

The registration fee includes access to the Congress sessions on the both days, all Congress documents, proceedings and delegate bag, exhibition programme, coffe/tea break, lunch, networking dinner, social event and technical visits.

Terms and conditions

By registering for ITS Romania Congress 2014, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, the terms and conditions described below.

Payment procedure:
After registration you will receive a confirmation email stating the amount to be paid according to the selected options and with a link for online payment by card. Once you click on the link you will be redirected to a secure payment website (PayU) where you will provide your personal information and proceed with payment. Payment can also be made by bank transfer. Our Bank Details are:

Cancellation policy :
In case of cancellation until 30th of September 2014, a cancellation fee of 30 Euros will incur. After 30th of September 2014, no cancellation refund will be possible. Every participant is entitled to appoint another person to attend on his/her behalf if he/she is not able to attend, at no additional costs.

Currency:
The currency used for the fees is EUR. On the secure payment site you will see the value in EUR. The amount of VAT is 0%.

Personal Information:
Please note that participant contact details will be saved electronically and will only be used by the Organizing Committee. No credit card information will be recorded or stored.

Liabilities and insurances:
The Organizing Committee does not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, fires, outbreak of epidemic diseases, major strikes etc.). In force majeure cases, the Organizing Committee decides on the possible refunds of the congress fees. The participants should take care of their own travel, injury and medical insurances before the congress trip. The Organizing Committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the congress or related events.
