All authors are encouraged to send their scientific and technical works, which will be considered for lecture and/or poster presentation in thematic sessions. All accepted technical papers and abstracts of all accepted scientific papers will be published in CD Congress Proceedings (with ISBN). Scientific papers will also be published in full in the Scientific Bulletin of Politehnica University of Bucharest Series A – Applied Mathematics and Physics (ISI indexed) or Series D – Mechanical Engineering (B+ indexed), depending on their topic.

Information for authors:

Please use this template for the abstract and the final technical or scientific papers.

The abstract has to cover not more than one page with the description of the research as well as the methods used and the results.

Technical papers should be limited to 4 pages. Scientific papers will have between 4 and 8 pages (even number).

The submitted papers will be the subject of the peer review process. After the final paper submission deadline, all accepted papers will be reviewed and formatted for publication (camera ready).

Paper Posters can be submitted in any format and with a standard A3 size. We will print the posters and provide the stands for their display.

Project Posters can be in the existing format and should be brought by the participant at the registration desk or sent by post, with or without their stand. We can also print the posters if their size is not bigger than standard A3.
