Congress Fees

The registration fee includes access to the Congress sessions on the both days, all Congress documents, proceedings and delegate bag, exhibition programme, coffe/tea break, lunch, networking dinner, social event and technical visits.

By registering for ITS Romania Congress 2019, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, the terms and conditions described below.

Payment procedure:
After registration you will receive a confirmation email stating the amount to be paid according to the selected options. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Our Bank Details are:

Please note that participant contact details will be saved electronically and will only be used by the Organizing Committee. No credit card information will be recorded or stored.

Liabilities and insurances:
The Organizing Committee does not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, fires, outbreak of epidemic diseases, major strikes etc.). In force majeure cases, the Organizing Committee decides on the possible refunds of the congress fees. The participants should take care of their own travel, injury and medical insurances before the congress trip. The Organizing Committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the congress or related events.
